My question is this .... i am making the move from plusnet to the Sky Max package. I have received the router and have set up and getting a connection that is very up and down at the min (only been connected since sat) but thats a different issue. I have since emailed plusnet and advised them to cancel at their end.
Today though i have received four emails telling me that a cancellation order (aka PSTN cease) has been placed on my telephone line. Is this normal or should i contact Sky, Plusnet or BT asap?
Former Freeserve/ Wanadoo and now Plusnet customer .... moving on to Sky Max
