Sky broadband packages

[link to this post]

Thinking of moving from Pipex to Sky Max but the package descriptions are a bit lacking on the Sky website. Specfically - do you get any webspace (not the email storage space)? and do they provide usenet/newsgroup access in the package?
Thanks

it is amazing what people want for 10 a month eh?!!

personally.. thats what i like about sky broadband.. it gives me broadband only... personally i don't need email, but they give me one of them regardless, but everything else, i either have already (i am a web host) or don't use (newsgroups)

I agree with the previous post - Although I pay 5 for the mid package, at least I am paying for what I want and have a choice of purchasing additional services from other suppliers if I need to... I guess the one email account that you are forced to have with your Sky account makes sense as it is through this that Sky will contact someone, say... regarding usage!

A no thrills service service, just how I like it!

apples are green or red, oranges, are.. umm.. orange..

if you want a FULLY FEATURED throw loads of extras at you, kinda broadband, then sky broadband obviously isn't for you. because all it is, is exactly what they say it is.. and its broadband.

If you want all the bells, whistles, FUP's SUP's and Ellacoyas, webspace, newsgroups.. there are loads of providers, who are more expensive.
