p2p slowness?

Hiya im on the connect package and if i try downloadin from my friend its downloadin at only 1kb and highest i get is 6kb, why is this?

I would love to go back to my D-Link Router but I just don't know how to get the Username & Password from my Router, could anyone help me plz

If you go to www.skyuser.co.uk apparently on there is where you can extract your details from the Sky router.
