My order was cancelled...

Is this a sign of things to come? Someone at Sky accidentally cancelled my Sky BB order 14 days ago and I still can't order because my account details need to "wiped clean" but no-one seems to want to do it!
Do you think it's worth holding out or go with someone else?!, especially now O2 broadband is available...

Seen this many times once the sysyem has had an order cancelled it takes a long time to be able to reorder its a system bug, try elsewhere if I were you
