S Wales outage

We had an outage in the Porthcawl exchange for about 12 hours today - just wondering how extensive it was - don't know if it went beyond our town.

Couldn't find an Easynet local status page - anyone know of a checker for this kind of event? Had to resort to dial-up for a period - shudder......

Looking at Easynet status I can't find any problem, but looking now at BT I see an outage marked for the 01639 Port Talbot region. It was sorted the same time as my BB came back so it must be related. Interesting as I thought our area might have been routed via Bridgend, but it seems as if once it hits the M4 junction the cabling is taken Port Talbot.
