Speed or No Speed

If I test at speedtest.net I get over 14000Kb/sec http://www.speedtest.net/result/211785876.png

If Itest on this site I get less than 2000 Kb/sec http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results/id/119757438080876120102.html

Some sites are snappy and responsive and others are like lead weights.
