Line Stats ?

Here's my stats, just got connected today, have Sky put me on ADSL instead of ADSL2+? Or should I wait for the mandatory 10 days before contacting support?

There is no 10 day 'training' period on Sky Max. Get straight onto support (you need tier 3 I believe) but it may take you a few attempts to get it put on ADSL2.

Perseverance is the key (unless your exchange is already full for max and they may even try to fob you off with that excuse even if it's not true, so be warned)
