Well it had to happen sooner or latter , but some more info would be great as im thinking of moving my mum onto Sky..

All the info we have is in that news story.
Its not official, but the source is normally 100% reliable.
Its not that big a deal tbh, on MAX and completely happy, and even if I am limited to 250gb I only use about 10gb anyway.
