Sky Max advice

Previously I was on IDNET now I am on Sky Max, on IDNET I was on ADSL MAX and I got a great speed for where I live, got a pretty constant 223kb/s when downloading from usenet (which I was happy with).

Now on Sky Max, in my router statues it says I am now on ADSL2, and I am getting 150kb/s

is there any way to get them to put me back on the previous ADSL version I was on with IDNET? and still keep the unlimited download limit.

ALSO what number should I ring and when should I ring tech support, I find it really hard to hear the people on the other end.
