From start to finish (went live today) I have been kept informed either by text, email or snail mail. Setting up the router was an absolute doddle and no one should be worried about this aspect of set up.
I may be looking through rose coloured glasses at the moment but the connection seems very sharp and responsive indeed.
At the same time I took up Sky Talk (keeping my BT line) and this was absolutely trouble free without any hitches whatsoever. A useful point to remember is with Sky Talk you have free phone calls to any Sky center which, as we all know can be costly and no minimum contract is involved.
All in all, so far, so good.
