Youtube Problems?

Hi I am on Sky Mid connected to Leicester Montfort exchange. I am having regular problems between 4-10pm when I try and visit youtube Basically all of the video's keep pausing and buffering no how short the clip is. I have done a speedtest and I am getting over 3mb...I cant see what the problem is here. I've tried other pc's as well and its the same.

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 3584 kbps 416 kbps
Line Attenuation 57.0 db 31.5 db
Noise Margin 7.3 db 14.0 db

anyone else having problems streaming video's?

Leicester LE3 Internet Connections:
1st ISP PIPEX 512k-1mb IPSTREAM
2nd ISP UKONLINE-8mb LLU
3rd ISP Zen - never got connected !
4th ISP SKY MID LLU
5th ISP Maybe Virgin Media Cable blush

?!? When they Upgrade the LE3 Area

Birmingham B7 Internet Connections:
1st ISP VIrgin Media 10mb (Up and Running on 15/06/09)

Youtube has been like this for awhile now and not just on sky or bt smile

Same problems here yet I'm on connect so it's to be expected.
Stranger thing for us though is we can view live BBC streams fine at any time of day yet highlights etc that happened hours ago stutter and only play 3-4 seconds of the clip at a time.

similar stats to yourself and no probs picked 2 most viewed videos, 1 at 5 mins long all ok - I am in South Hampshire ?
