You may be waiting a while to get a spare port....Any customers on the exchange on Connect package will get priority of the ports.

If you want onto Sky LLU when the exchange is full usually the only/best way is to suffer on the connect package until you are top of the list for an IPS to LLU migration.

Sky would have to pay BTW a migration fee to move a Sky connect customer to their own LLU hardware, so when a LLU port becomes available, surely they'll give brand new customers signing up to Sky unlimited priority over people who have already tied themselves into a 12 month Sky connect contract?
