I would like thank everyone who has replied to my initial request for info' regarding moving to Syy. As I thought, it seems to be about 50/50 but one thing I can say is that until you have been with Talk Talk for a few years you don't know what lousy customer service is, it is really awful. If and when I do move I shall hold out for some financial incentives. I am always the optimist !!
