Re: retaining original tel number

Hi Ash, when VM came they didn't go near the original BT master socket, they weren't interested, they didn't even take the cover off ! I still have the original BT wireing because before I went to VM I was with TalkTalk LLU (you don't know what lousy customer service is untill you have savoured the delights of TT). Anyway I shall just hope it all turns out OK. Regards.

Ah right my mistake then lol and yes ive had to deal with talktalks CS team for a friend of mine i thought VM's was bad until i had to deal with them.

I hope it all goes as well for you as it did for me. Switching from VM to sky was very easy and painless experience for me. I just gave sky my number they contacted virgin for me that started the 30days VM need the engineer came from sky to get me ported over 10 seconds after he requested it it switched was very happy smile

Ash
