I asked and he put me on it but it did'nt help because of w/e errors are on the line hes raised it to tier 2 support, but there busy and there going to get in contact apparently these errors have screwed the line training up. ive got to say this is one things i loved about cable it just worked for me lol.

Well see what happens with tier 2 support the lad tried everything he could possibly think of and nothing seam to make it budge past that speed and the errors just wont stop.

lol i keep meaning to get that my self, and there is no BT infinity at my exchange lol. Plus my mother wont let BT near the house lol she absolutely despises them with every fibre in her body they did something to her 16 years ago and shes never forgiven them. It took everything i had to make her let openreach in the house to fit the SKY phone line lol. Because they were represented with BT .

Fingers crossed its all sorted out anyway ive gto say i do like ANYTIME+ just takes a while to get things haha

It's not her bodily fibre that BT deals with but just the Fibre to your cabinet. wink

Relative Capacity Occupation ie what % of what it thinks is the maximum you are currently getting.
