So it seems Sky have finished up their line testing and this they are going to leave me on 3Mb?

Do i have cause to complain/ask to have something changed? Could it be due to during my test phase, haveing to disconnect and fix the connection due to have the Sky box wrongly wired in? I also plugged another router in to test what speed it synced at a couple of days ago, but was the exact same as the Sky router. Do you think i should phone and ask them to do anything? If so what should i tell them?
