I'm only using broadband in the evenings and I have noted it to be a bit laggy, but nothing unusable or impossible to download on.

Bittorrent downloads are fine and at full speed.

A while back, Filesonic was dreadful and I wondered if it was Sky, but Rapidshare were OK.
