get your MAC, offer this to SKY, even if this is through a phone call. Once moved to sky, tell your old provider quoting the mac code. asking for the line to be closed with the mac number.... Just cover off the bases

On reading this link again: http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProduc...

It would appear moving to Sky LLU MPF is covered by scenario 2, and as such no charge should be raised.

Yep no charge should be applied, a cease where the user was removing services entirely would be billed though.

Only fair!

"up to now (fingers crossed) it's been pain free... "

knew it...spoke too soon....
had my broadband activated on the 5th as advised...using it...a bit slow...but we'll see...
The problem I have is Sky won't believe me that the broadband is activated because open reach haven't advised them that it is....and because of this ?Sky won't activate anytime+ on my account.....because the computer say's noooo....

Knew I'd spoke too flamin' soon

My broadband should go live today and phone on Friday. Originally i was told that the phone would go live before they could process order for broadband, but this changed last week when i received router and email to say the 12th
