Sky LLU

Just a quick question, I have an extension that no longer works now I've moved to Sky LLU. I was with BT and it was working fine (ironically it's for the Sky box). Went to order a film last night and it says the phone line is not connected. Tried plugging a phone in and no dial tone. The extension was working fine before the switch over. Coincidence or other problem?

Assuming the master socket still works ok, this is a coincidence.

coincidence as the switchover doesn't touch your internal cabling

I would just grab a long cheap extension for it and fit it myself

Don't connect the BB to the cheap extension though
