He also said that it was not possible for him to alter any of the profile from his system - which again is not true.

If he was first line support, then he would not have access to alter your line profile.

Oliver.

Our exchange currently has 2x 155mbps for sky so no I don't think so - and these pipes are unlimited to the web so again not going to upset sky.

Where'd you get that from? 155Mb isn't available as an LLU backhaul, it's n x 100, 1000 or 10000Mb and there shouldn't be anything on less than 1000Mb on Sky's network now.

my LLU line went through several stages of change. Wait a few more days to see what happens. I would leave it for a week, reboot your router then and then compare against what you were getting from your previous provider.

The guy didn't sound like he wanted to be there and he told me that DLM is running on my line. know this is not true. Firstly my router has not rebooted since activation which it would do if LLU DLM was running. He also said that it was not possible for him to alter any of the profile from his system - which again is not true.

You can see in your MySky screen if DLM is active.

But it clearly is.

Huh, that's annoying. It worked ok on my mate's line in Dec, which was a new connection. (Previous occupants on Cable) Openreach guy did a good job running new cable into the building from the street.
