Sky Mail smtp

Anyone having problems sending mail this morning?

Thanks. Don't know what the problem was but it seems to have been resolved. It started with no service, then it began to work but included my Sky email address together with my chosen alternative email address. Then worked as expected without my sky email address being included.

My retrieve email log shows Failed to login to server between 10-30am and 11-03am

That tallies with my problems. However since it started working again they've locked the account due to suspicious activity. I've contacted them via there online message system and am waiting a response. I have an incident number, is it possible to track it somwhere?
