Upload Speeds

[link to this post]

Hi,

I was poking about on the Sky website today and came across my usage and speeds page, it said:-

Download speed setting
Your connection has been set to a download speed of up to 24.0Mbps .

Upload speed setting
Your connection has been set to an upload speed of up to 2.6Mbps .

These line settings make sure that your line maintains a stable connection.

However this most I ever see UP is:-

Modem
Modem Status Connected
DownStream Connection Speed 23999 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 1269 kbps

Any ideas how I could get close to 2.6 up or is this unrealistic ?

Ta.

They are just saying the maximum speed of ADSL2+ Annex M,. which unless you are an old Be user I doubt you will see.

ADSL2+ has a maximum of 1.3 Mbps.

If you are an old Be user moved to sky, can you now see it?
