That's a load of rubbish.

You do have a HD subscriptions? i.e. Sky 1 is displayed in HD?

Yes I have HD subscription:

Here is an example of the issue:

It says it is 2.35GB, I hit the download and it drops to 1.16GB.

I should add it does this on both Sky HD boxes in my house.

It does this on everything.

I have the full sky package including movies sports and HD.

The SD shows as 800Mb, but that drops down to 230Mb when I hit download - so SD is also affected in the same way. I'd love it to just download the maximum file sizes.
