If connectivity fails during DHCP renew then its a bug, whomever makes the router for Sky have an issue.


I'm fairly sure that Sky took the design & development of router firmware "in-house" starting from the Sky Hub SR101.

Virginmedia WAN IP address renewal causes a drop out around once every 4.5 days, it lasts from 1 minute to 15 minutes in my experience. A couple of times I had to reboot the SuperHub AC to make it work.

This only affects SuperHub AC to my knowledge.

I'm no longer a VM customer.
