As you probably know, the only people who post on forums are people with problems, so it's unsurprising you see complaints. The silent majority of people with no problems don't usually post.

That is very true and i appreciate that fact, personally though if i have issues and post on a forum i tend to go back and post positive things when things are fixed.

The problem is that Sky haven't activated the powerline functionality yet which is an integral part of the Airties system which would probably have sorted 90% of a problem installs.

With that part of the system missing there's no fallback path when the mesh fails via wifi.

I have the Sky Q hub, I tried t like ito for a week but reverted back to my ASUS AC87U and now happy again, it did not seem any better than the SR101/102.

The mileage seems to vary a lot with the Q hub.

In my house I get a reasonably good wifi signal (2.4GHz and 5GHz) throughout the whole house with the Q hub alone (i.e. no Q boxes acting as hotspots) compared to an SR102 I tried whose signal barely got out of the room the hub was in.
