The time spent on the phone to Sky 'customer service' Two hours a week on average, Total time Openreach have been in attendance at my house? About 10 hours. Time with a massive hole at the end of my drive? Couple of weeks. Time to the end of my 'broadband' and 'landline' contract around 200+ days.
