Thanks for that, I wonder if I can one of them and try that? I'll have a look around.

Just to show that initially the graphs were fin before the re- sync, these are the previous days graphs when first connected:

Now i'm thoroughly confused. My router was turned off at the mains, the telephone line unplugged from the rear from midday to 2pm. Surely that should now be showing 100% loss? How is data still getting through to the BQM?

Your BQM is pointing to the incorrect address. Probably your connection dropped and give you another address, and the old address was allocated to someone else.

You could be onto something there. It's very strange though as with my old isp, when the connection dropped and the ip changed, I was faced with a sea of red, that was how I knew the connection had dropped. Don't really understand why it is so different with this provider? It is definitely a different address as it is now showing as an ipv6 address instead of the ipv4 it was before. Let's see what happens. Looks like I was being stupid all along frown

So the IPV6 gave 100% packet loss frown Did a Google and found I need to use a address on the router itself, so have put in the IPv6 Global Address from the LAN port. I also ran a speedtest on Ookla that gave me a IPV4 address, so have added that to another graph. Both seem to be working now, but I imagine the IPV6 one is the one to be using?

I sent you a PM, but maybe you haven't seen it. Whereabouts are you based? Our BQMs seem to share a lot of the same poor looking features. See this thread: https://forums.thinkbroadband.com/sky/f/4731097-sky-...
