Absolute nightmare with my TalkTalk connection.LLU

I am having an absolute nightmare with my TalkTalk ....shows me i am connected at 7316 downstream but when i do a speed check it only shows..like i am on a 1mb..connection...strange.like its been capped .. everthing was ok before they changed my exchange to llu.i was downloading like it should...i am fed up of phoning them..they promsed to phone back..but they never do..looks like looking for a new isp....any help please

just phoned again got put on hold then the phone gone dead again.....:(

The apparently huge downstream noise margin means the actual number is negative, -2 db I think. That is bad news, your router is doing well to stay connected.

You said the problem occurred following transfer to LLU; has your connection ever worked since this change was made?

yes it as always worked....but very slow..i got a phone call this morning from tech support ..told me to run a few...speed tests on speedtest.net....and ring them with the results...and run spybot....just after wait ...and send them the results...i will do the test on both pcs....ill have to see wot they say....but like i say everthing was spot on before i got switched to the llu line....i am getting this now but still with slow downloads and speed tests

Those stats seem healthier than the original ones you posted. I would expect you to achieve 3500 to 4000kbps download speed with those.

I guess you need feedback from TT's investigations now.
