If your getting this error contact TalkTalk support and ask them to complete an "Online Billing Request issue on Melon" they should understand you if you ask for this. Its a technical problem that needs resolving, it probably wont fix itself.
I had this issue but as TalkTalkBoy says contact them and they will sort it...They said to me they were doing a big change on Aug 15 and said I should have access back then which I now have.
