Online Billing unable to download itemised calls

Its now been over a week that I have been unable to download the itemised calls either as an excel or csv file. I can view the details but I am not able to download. Internet explorer reports the download file as site as not available or cannot be found.

The fault was reported on Tuesday 13th November.

The TT website has had reduced functionality for a few weeks now.

The OneTel site is also not working.

That is a bit of an understatement of TT as a whole, for a few weeks now.

The general reduction in service is on the Service Status reports from 29 October!

Still got the same problem can see the details but cannot download the file.

Reported the fault again with webmail complaint not acknowledged.

Fault reported to customer service by email complaint not acknowledged.
