Lower Target SNR

Im joining Talk Talk on the 10th of Feb, Is there any chance that I can be setup on a lower target SNR? My line is quite long and at 14db I will get sub 500k speeds.

Thanks Talk Talk Boy. My margin is now lower. It makes a nice change for an ISP to actually listen to theire customers
