Urgent Advise needed

[link to this post]

I have a customer who has her internet via ADLS24. Yesterday she received an email stating they had been informed by BT wholesale that an LLU migration order had been placed on the line and that the account would be closed once BT wholesale completed the migration.
The exchange she connects to has just been LLU enabled by Talk Talk.
She gets her phone provided by Talk Talk.

She received a cold call from Talk Talk enquiring about broadband. She said no. She later contacted Talk Talk to confirm she did not want their broadband service. Her present ISP says they can do nothing.

Can Talk Talk enforce a LLU migration, and sign you up something that you did not / do not want?

Needless to say Talk Talk won

Hi,

I believe this shoulod not happen if you have a current provider already with somone else. If you want to PM me your line number ill see if i can get the migration stopped for you.

Just had confirmation from the Talk Talk web site that the order has been cancelled. (I hope this includes the migration as well).

Thanks you again for your help in this TalkTalkBoy.

Regards
Gary
