When registering i get:

I just got connected today, trying to get on to request a profile change, as sadly the support over the phone are terrible!

As you can see can squeeze out a lot more, and need it changed to Fast path too.

Any ideas?

If you also signed up for the phone than, I believe, it is the number from the phone bill (not broadband) which is required.

Yeap it's the only member number i can see, on any correspondence.

Just got moved onto 24FSNR6 thanks to talktalkboy

Strange that i've only went upto around 18meg, i thought i had enough margin for a lot more..

The D-Link supplied router is [censored]! lasted about an hour longest connected.

Using my old Sky Netgear now with DGTeam firmware and it's all sweet.
