TalkTalk Review

Hi, I work in IT providing solutions for both small businesses and residential users,

Most of the residential users have me back in again and again (not for the same problem lol but to check their pc ect ect)

Anyway I must have set up over the last 2 years at least 20+ home user with talk talk, except for the odd problem with a bit line I not had any negative feedback with regards to them. When I have talk to talk they been helpful (admittedly its only been minor things) and except for 1 customer who had 1 bad experience with one CSR and got an apology and refund and admitted that it was one off event. On top of that set up two relatives and 1 close friend (who is a heavy user ) and they not had problems,

I don't personally use talktalk (with Sky) and I don't get paid commission on anything I do (part of my selling point is I am fully independent as you can't serve two masters)

Not going to be drawn into a debate on this, don't personally use talktalk so can't comment on it personally and can't say more than what i said.

As you have probably noticed i have been a TT customer for 7 months and haven't had a problem, Its nice to read something positive from someone who actually deals with TT regularly on several PC's.
