I assume you missed the contact us link at the bottom of the page.

No, that's the first place I went; only to find :-

"If you would like to contact us via email, please complete the online form."

Emails from them come back as "[email protected]"

I've had no reply to the email I sent a manager after being passed "up the chain" on a phone call to them.

I mentioned this shortly after becoming a customer and joining the forum, i suggested a single forum where non members could ask questions, as you can see my request was ignored.

The forum is a great place to get help and would be my first port of call rather than phone support, obviously if you lose your connection this may be difficult unless you can use afamily members, friends of the Library PC to log in and post your question.

Yep, I always like to have something in writing//type. One reason for requesting an email addy rather than using their free-phone number.

As to the two separate offers thing. Website says :-
