Internet connection

Problems with my internet connection not being resolved by Talk Talk they are sending me round in circles rather than checking the exchange and using an engineer - have done all the checks they have asked me to to - for 2 weeks this has been going on!!! Am very angry and getting nowhere fast - just want someone to resolve it - no internet connection on router repeatedly - the local exchange has been upgraded recently and it hasn't been right since - how do i progress this further!!!!

Are you using telephone helpline or online forum? If phone line I suggest you try on line forum as they are normally very efficient. They normally reply within a day or two don't keep asking why they haven't replied as this puts you to the back of the queue. They normally sort things quite quickly.
