hello all hopefully i can get some help here.?
i cant get onto the talktalk members forum i have a live account and i have gone thru the registration steps numerous times but havent had a reply and still cant log on?? any ideas pls would b grateful???

hi jack, yeah tried that m8 ive sent it off over a dozen times, heard no reply and still cant register, it says my account isnt on the database. are u a member of the forum if so could u raise a post on my behalf? and try and bet an OCEs attention?

You are checking the talktalk email address in addition to your normal ones. In case registration confirmations are going to another account?

andrew, cant even get that far as it says the phone number and account number are not on their system during the application process!!! and yes i have checked all email adds just incase!!

Not making excuses but I would imagine they are rushed of their feet this time of year its not as if TalkTalk are known for investing in support and if a line is going to develop a fault it will be about now .
With lots of rain , freezing temperatures and all those Christmas light displays , I know I'm in my period of forcing my router to the stronger tones of ADSL and forgetting about ADSL2+ till the new year .
If I was not a member of this forum and had not diagnosed my fault myself , all those years ago , I could so easily be another support ticket .

Ah yes, tweaked the fritzbox to be a bit kinder to the line, the Sky hub seems happy to tick along though

hello all, just an update i am now registered. not sure which course of action got me registered as i went down many avenues however ive now got access.
