Not making excuses but I would imagine they are rushed of their feet this time of year its not as if TalkTalk are known for investing in support and if a line is going to develop a fault it will be about now .
With lots of rain , freezing temperatures and all those Christmas light displays , I know I'm in my period of forcing my router to the stronger tones of ADSL and forgetting about ADSL2+ till the new year .
If I was not a member of this forum and had not diagnosed my fault myself , all those years ago , I could so easily be another support ticket .
