TalkTalk email issues?

Just diagnosing email issues for one of my clients (aka neighbours ).

Webmail choppy, timing out, not singing in. Sent several emails via Windows Mail and they've gone missing.

Suggested to they move over to outlook rather than put up with such shoddy email service.

Here is for the more serious problem folks. You don't get an error message, TalkTalk servers lose the message in transit and yet seemingly report it got delivered OK, it even goes into the Sent IMAP folder!

Problem since 6PM at least, too.
