Problem now is that the email address he used for that was later cancelled, as was the domain.
To help him resolve a billing issue, he needs to log into his account. (or rather I do)
Have tried both the one that was used and also telephonenumber@talktalk.net but both rejected. Also not 100% sure of the password.
Cannot do a password reset since TT's email will go nowhere.
Additionally he is very elderly and hard of hearing.
Any suggestions please.
