TTB are impossible to talk to. I left in late October 25 and still kept getting bills. I thought I had received my final bill so I cancelled my Direct Debit and let them know via ticket.
Now they call me up chasing £21.56 which is apparently is final settlement, but I cant pay it over the phone because I dont pass the security checks. What checks you may ask, well name, email and payment method! Apparently cancelled direct debit is incorrect or direct debit so the call is ended. Crazy how can I pay if I cant talk to CS.
Finally got them to send me a link in email with a payment method so all sorted.
