hi there, I am writing to you as I really would like to hear your opinion on this! I have had various problems with talktalk as you can possibly remember from a previous comment of mine. I have had major probelms with speed, talktalk have overcharged me on a couple of occasions, problems with my landline and now, I have no connection at all! I have spoken to technical support team who think that there is a problem with the land line! I tried to speak to the relevant department many times and with no luck! They promised that someome was going to ring me back, nothing! Took a day off work waiting for a call that never happenned! I am now with NO broadband for a month! Thanks to my neighbour I am now using her wireless and the connection(BT) is fast and very satisfacory! What is going on with the service I am paying for?
