Feedback on my stats please! :)

Could i get some advice on these stats. I have read the advice given before (to call talk talk and ask to lower snr to 6db) so i will do that... but just wanted to know how bad they are, as they seem terrible to me!

Noise Margin 31 db 12 db

I would anticipate full sync rate, get on the phone to second line support and get the snr margins dropped.

You should be getting 8megs. It sounds to me as though you need to sort out your internal wiring. Have you got a wired in bell for example?

If everything is OK there is a problem in TT's equipment.

I dont know if the bell wire is still attached or not. Could you point out a website that might help me go through the process of finding if it is/disconnecting or is the process quite simple.
