Current interleaving position?

I am thinking of dropping Sky altogether and switching to freeview + TalkTalk as a cost cutting measure. My current Sky syncs at 5mb down, 900k up with no interleaving - so it's very good for gaming on Xbox live!

If I switch to TalkTalk - can they switch off interleaving? (without forcing you to drop to 2mb or something which i've read on the forum) now?

I've got interleaving off with pings generally less than 14mS in the UK but I read somewhere that this was being trialled at the moment.
