Email Outage

Hi,

Just a heads up, there appears to be an issue with the email servers which is under investigation by Carphone Networks. Customers may experience an error message when sending/recieving emails or attempting to log into webmail.

Do these errors include this one which I am suffering from?

The following message to <[email protected]> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Unknown user'
