Do sky not offer a fully unbundled broadband + TV package which would mean that there is no BT line into a property ?

they are staggering that roll out, as you probably already know TTB, so I dont see your case, as it is still WLR3. I dont understand your argument.

TalkTalk's terms and conditions do point out that certain compatability issues arise when you move onto their network, and when such technology becomes available you will then be moved onto their services.

The only solution really would be to ask them to move you back to WholeSale Line Rental, as opposed to LLU. They maybe reluctant, because 1 - LLU is a cheaper alternative for them, and 2 - their terms and conditions, for WLR and CPS also does state when the technology becomes available they will migrate you to their platform for services (ie LLU).

Moral to this story, the cheap way aint always the best way

They could do it, but the current process is not worth the hassle.

They would have to first cease LLU
You would then have to contact BT to re-provide the line
TalkTalk would then have to apply for WLR/CPS against the line

You will lose your phone service after the LLU ceases until BT re-provide the line.
You may get charged by BT for the provide
You may have a new CLI until opal port the current one back to BT at which point a re-number would have to be done.
You will be in 12-18 month contract with BT when the line is re-provided.

If you want to move back to a BT provided service, i would honestly just get BT to move you back.

If I were the OP I would escalate the problem and get TT to sort it out.

As ETEE has stated, he managed to get the problem sorted out.

Try escalating this within TalkTalk to see if they can sort out the issue. Only problem your gonna face is convincing them that there is actually a fault.

They will more than lilkely just test the line (which will more than likely test ok) then close the fault.

Try e-mailing the CEO as this will be dealt with at a higher level.
