talktalk BB speeds

My connection has been really slow for weeks, I now saw that you can have a look into the modem, and this is the reading. Am I mixing up my numbers or am I looking at dial up speed? Advice needed, thanks Noid

Not dialup - but looks like you are on a fixed half meg profile for some reason

The OP should get TalkTalkBoy to sort out his connection asap. He needs a new profile.

My mother (who's now left TT) got put onto that profile after speaking to Second Line support.

I have a feeling they do this not because of line problems, but because they don't have enough bandwidth to go around.
They don't even tell you they are doing it either.

The upstream S/N margin looks poor.

Those upstream and downstream are exactly the same as mine!
