talk talk boy ,any one help me out

i keep getting put on this

this is third time in a week , im not having any problems with my bb (other than the normal ones you get with tt )
snked at 6.5 meg interleaved when i went out ,come home to this ,its doing my head in ,y are they doing this ??

Are you getting noise on your phone line that could be interfering with the ADSL signal? That wouldn't be TalkTalk's fault, but it would certainly be up to them to ensure it's fixed, unless you're still on a BT line, in which case tell them there's a problem. TalkTalk themselves have no way to make your router resync at a lower level -- it's only their fault if your true download speeds are much lower than your sync speed

looks like you are on a 512k fixed profile. TT are in the process of doing loads of upgrades at the moment to the exchanges, this may be a temporary result of that. Let it pan out for a day or so then give them a call if it doesn't resync higher.

spoke to tt this morning they said it appears that every time i disconent i go on to a fixed profile 512 kbps she sorted out i synked at 8 meg ,she put note on system to stop that happeing again ,i have just come home and guess what ..................... i disconected a hour ago and reconected on 512 fixed profile again this is doing my head in they never do what they say they get it wrong all the time and the only time you can get trew to them is at 8 in the morning , how r you ment to get any thing fixed
i need talk talk boys help iv pm him but noy heard from him

phone tt 2nd line 5 times today well 4 and been listing to [censored] music for 46 mins so far
4 times they have re syked me to 6 db snr synk was 8.1 meg download speed 6 meg
only for me to disconect and go back to

only way to get back to normal is to phone and as we no that can take hours
this has been going on for days ,last pearson i spoke to said problem at exchange and they had reset it so everyone would be on a low speed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i smell shitee
no problems an tt status page and im not on upgrade list

Just a thought disabling bitswaping might work. I still have a problem if I don't disable UPLOAD BITSWAPING in the Huawei SmartAX MT882 I dont Know why it works, but I get a lot of upline faults. I also set the MTU in the router to 1432. I tried everything and only discovered this by chance. all I can say is try it and see
