First of all I would like to thank TalkTalk for providing official help on this forum.
We have 2 talktalk accounts, the first is Rainham, Kent.........no problems
The LNSTF exchange (London Stratford) is giving us real headaches.
we can rarely connect to either phone or broadband, the system seems to be at the point of meltdown.
simple phone numbers such as 1471 or 1571 return "the number you have dialled has not been reconised".
also we have international talk 3........but unless we use the prefix code we get unobtainable..................whereas at Rainham we just dial the country number direct.
Constant drop outs on dsl...........
Our account status on Rainham shows normal, but on Stratford shows "this order is still being processed" since april 2006 !!!!
Any official help would be very welcome as telephone calls and a visit from BT did nothing to help............its bad enough having snail pace adsl but an intermittant phone service is a serious problem, we'd hate to call 999 to get a number not reconised answer.
