Since everything in here is always so negative, I'd like to post something positive.

I had an issue around the start of May were i was getting around 8mb speeds on a my line. (Sync always maintained 21meg). I thought firstly it maybe down to congestion but after doing tests for the OCE's they realised there was something not right and passed to Networks.

The last thing they tried was moving me to a new port in the exchange, this was dne yesterday, and hey presto.

Back to almost full speeds.

Any issues i've ever had with TalkTalk were always sorted quickly and professionally.
